Terms of Service for gSend

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the gSend browser extension ("Extension") or accessing our website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension or Services.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for your personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to use the Extension for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.

3. One-Time Purchase

gSend is offered as a one-time purchase for a lifetime license. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, gSend, as determined by us. We reserve the right to discontinue the product or support for the product at any time, though we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice if feasible.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Extension and for any consequences thereof. You agree to use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including those of Google and Gmail.

The Extension operates within your browser and interacts with your Gmail account. You are solely responsible for the security of your Gmail account and the data within it. gSend does not access, store, or transmit your email content or contact lists to our servers.

You must not misuse our Services. For example, do not interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide.

5. Intellectual Property

The Extension and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of gSend and its licensors.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall gSend, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Extension will not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
